I would like to emphasize that by collecting data via the services I use, it will not be possible for me to see any of your personal data like your home address, telephone numbers. I also checked all statistic overviews: your IP-address and the country you are the moment you visit my website is not revealed to me. I can see you visited my site and if you did so as a guest or as a WordPress or Blogger subscriber.
All verbal and written information exchanged with me as your personal trainer is totally confidential. After reaching out to me and before you commit to one of my programs, you will receive an agreement in which an explanation is included how and for how long I will store your personal data. Naturally, provided personal information will be deleted immediately the moment I receive a request from you personally to do so.


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. When posting a comment, your comment becomes public directly after approval of me, the site owner. Please note that, after approval, reactions underneath each post will remain visible. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
