Dear Reader,

On a warm late spring afternoon 10 years ago, two young women graduated from the same college. These women were very much alike. Both had been very good students, both had the drive to succeed and both were filled with ambitious dreams for the future.

Recently, these two women returned to their college for their 10th reunion.

They were still very much alike. Both married, with two kids. Both succeeded at starting their own small business.

But there was a difference. 

One of the women suffers from frequent health problems. Nothing serious, so far, but she visits the doctor periodically for various minor health problems.

The other woman seems to reach a new physical peak every year.

What makes the difference?
