Like I said yesterday, today´s topic is abdominal muscles. And today´s surprise is guest post aren´t over :)
So, this week I´ll explain some easy exercises for your abs at MiddleMe. Don´t worry about the title, the challenge was to find exercises you can do in a suit and don´t feel stupid. Is important if you are going to do them at your workplace, but it also means you can do them anywhere, anytime :)
