Lying Heel Touch
Are you tired of those extravagant exercises for your obliques? Are they still too hard for you?
This is effective as well as safe. Lie on your back with bent knees and your hands by your sides with your palms facing down.
Inhale and contract your abdominal muscles, lifting your shoulders off the floor.
Exhale as you bend your trunk, trying to reach your heel with your fingers.
Inhale, come back to center but don´t rest your shoulders, keep those abs contracted.
Exhale and bend to the other side.
