Rb Deadlift

• Feet hip-width apart
• Keep a tight core and a neutral spine, push up your chest
• Bend your knees, hinge your upper body forward and push your hips back and down
• Drive through your heels, push your hips forward and extend your knees until your body is in an upright position

Rb Bent Over Row

• Feet shoulder width apart
• Get your back straight and your shoulder blades together
• Bend over at the waist
• Pull towards your belly

Rb Kneeling Pulldown

• Kneel on the floor
• Keep abs tight
• Squeeze your shoulder blades together, pulling your elbows down

Rb Skullcrusher

• Take hold of the band, raising your elbows so that the upper arm is perpendicular to the floor. With the elbow flexed, the band should be above your head.
• Extend through the elbow to straighten your arm, keeping your upper arm in place

Rb Triceps Pushdowns Inverted Grip

• Grab the resistance band with both hands, palms facing up
• Keep your elbows tight into your side and drive your hands down towards your waist
