Get in the mood

Rb Front Raise

• Stand tall with chest out and back straight. Arms out in front with palms on your thighs
• Raise your arms straight up until they are parallel to the ground

Rb Lateral Raise

• Place your feet roughly hip-distance apart
• Raise your arms simultaneously just a couple inches out to each side and pause
• Keeping your arms straight, stopping when your elbows reach shoulder-height

Rb Reverse Fly

• Cross the ends to opposite hands, so the band crosses in front of your lower legs
• Hinge at your hips as you bend forward slightly, keeping your spine long and neutral
• Pull the band upward and out to the sides until your hands are at chest height or higher

Rb Upright Row

• Bend slightly at the knees and stand with feet shoulder-width apart
• Stand on a resistance band and hold the handles with palms facing inwards
• Keep your back straight and lift the band up towards your chin, keeping your elbows higher than your forearms

Plank Hip Twist

• Start out in a plank position. Keep your back straight
• Twist your left hip till it slightly touches the mat and then back to the plank position
• Then twist so your right hip slightly touches the mat and return to the plank position

Single leg V-up

• Keep arms and legs straight
• Roll up into a V-Up but keeping one leg on the ground
