Did you enjoy your workout yesterday? today we are going to alternate walking and jogging.

You´re going to walk for 3 minutes and then jogging 1 minute. You will be alternating for 30 minutes.

When I say jogging I mean jogging no sprinting, no running like Usain Bolt… just jogging.

If you feel like sharing a pic once you´re done on your timeline or the outdoors group, we´ll love to see how you feel after this workout.
