You did a good job yesterday. Today you´re just going for a walk. I just want to focus on helping you make exercise a habit. Therefore, not every day should be hard, but every day you should spend a little time exercising. The key is to get out there, get your body slowly used to daily exercise, and form that habit.
We´re not training to win any race here. Go slow, enjoy the scenery, the fresh air. Make this session pleasurable.
