You did a good job yesterday. Today you´re just going for a walk. I just want to focus on helping you make exercise a habit. Therefore, not every day should be hard, but every day you should spend a little time exercising. The key is to get out there, get your body slowly used to daily exercise, and form that habit.

We´re not training to win any race here. Go slow, enjoy the scenery, the fresh air. Make this session pleasurable.

30 minutes will be enough. At your own pace. The only thing I´m asking you is to take a picture of any view you like through your walk and share it on your timeline or the outdoors group
