The idea is that each day you do what you feel like doing or what you have time for. First, cardio. Between 20 and 45 minutes. You can alternate running and walking (1 min + 1 min). You can just walk, if you feel tired. Or you can skip it if the weather is bad. Second, weight lifting. Only 4 exercises, which you are going to do in circuit.
