  1. I always feel all-around better during times when I’m regularly exercising – the best was when I was learning Chinese martial arts. I have more energy, I sleep better, I’m nicer to people, I’m happier, I’m smarter, and I feel unbelievably more confident. I hope to get involved in some sort of sport or fitness program again once I’m done with school.

    1. Well, you have verified that some of the reasons I listed above are true, Josh :D
      On the other hand, you did a lot of exercise in Belize, donΒ΄t blame the school, LOL! And some time away from exercise make us realize how good it is ;)

    1. Thanks! Yes indeed! The brain has to work while we exercise, keeping balance, giving orders to the muscles, etc. But we usually don’t realize that πŸ˜€
