I always feel all-around better during times when I’m regularly exercising – the best was when I was learning Chinese martial arts. I have more energy, I sleep better, I’m nicer to people, I’m happier, I’m smarter, and I feel unbelievably more confident. I hope to get involved in some sort of sport or fitness program again once I’m done with school.
