Do I need a gym membership?
No. So long as you have a body, you can exercise.
It’s possible to work every major muscle group of the body without lifting a weight or pulling on a cable. By using your bodyweight as resistance you can eliminate the need for equipment as you tone your muscles and enhance your health. Gym-goers will find options for adding other tools to their workouts, including barbells, Bosu, TRX and kettlebells.

What type of experience and education do you have?
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for 15+ years. I´m an International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Personal trainer. I have certifications Weight Training, Personal Training, and TRX. I’ve completed Bosu and Kettlebell training programs. Also, I´m a nutritionist. I’m a ‘science geek’; I love keeping up with the latest scientific research on health, fitness and nutrition. Check my certifications.
