        I’ve just Googled Tae bo and watched a couple of videos! I didn’t know this man. His classes look very fun, but I could show you the benefits of lifting weights, haha 😉

      5. I believe exercise is always beneficial, no matter in which form, but it has to ‘fit’ with a person. I like this way of keeping my body fit more 😉
