I have some news! This morning I went to the gym 🙂
It was pretty exciting! The last time I set foot in a gym was for work.
I chose this set:
Since then I´ve worked in my own studio, at home. For the last 18 months, it was transformed into a gym/video set studio to develop all (haha) the online training method. “Method” is how my lawyer called it. I need a lawyer because sharing photos and personal info could be a huge problem (or 600,000 € if you like numbers). That´s why you´ll never see a single pic of my clients. I don´t need to share their pics or info so, I don´t even ask for permission. But this is a different subject, sorry.
I was saying I was working at home for a long time. Don´t get me wrong, it was a dream come true but, be careful with what you want (in my case, at least). I earned an anxiety problem in the process of giving birth my “6000 notes Evernote fitness notebook”. Please, can anyone help me naming it? Thank you 🙂
I must say, in the process I also met Yoga. What can I say? Namaste.
And lost 13 kg (28,6 pounds). I´m the proud owner of 6,5 kg of body fat. Actually, I´m not proud. I´m some kind of workaholic. And this stupid fitness quote: “No excuse”, just everywhere, everyday… I´ve been busy M%@/*!&%*!!!!!!!
I prefer: start where you are, use what you have, do what you can. Well, take a look 🙂
Why 13 reps? I don´t like number 12. 13 is a Prime number and also a Fibonacci´s number so, 13. I use a heart rate monitor and strongly recommend use it to any athlete. Oh, I almost forgot, all kind of jokes about the weights used are allowed.
