This is part of a conversation I had earlier this morning.Β I came to the conclusion that the truth is the best weapon to fight the nonsense of the fitness industry. I have nothing else to say today:

  3. I really don’t understand how working out for 10 minutes a day, for only 10 days, can do any good. The whole concept seems like a scam.

    1. Hehehe! It doesn’t 😁 A lot of people is desperate for an easy way out, a miracle, instant gratification… They want to hear that it’s possible and they decide to believe it. In 10 minutes you can barely do a warm up 😁 But there are awesome marketers that can sell you anything! I need one of them πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  4. An exercise routine/gimmick for every season. The funniest was at Halloween a morning talk show demonstrated working out with a pumpkin. It was good for a laugh or two. Cheers, Man!
